Unlike most log home companies, Morningdale Log Homes, LLC. is able to personally serve its Clients in our region, from lower New York state, through western and northern Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio. This means that we deliver personalized service to each and every one of our Clients. We visit your building site during the planning and design phase before delivery, at each delivery and throughout the construction process. Show us another log home provider that does that!

We do this to ensure that you receive all of the materials that are included in your package and to just check in periodically to ensure all is going well. If you have an issue or question, ask us when we are on-site or just contact us and we will solve or answer  – plain and simple customer service. Plus, you can always visit our website for maintenance, landscaping and other useful information – again, at NO charge to you.
